Job summary

Casper is seeking a Part Time Store Supervisor for the Montana Ave store in Santa Monica, CA. You will support the Store Manager, lead the sales floor, and ensure a premium offline Casper experience with a strong customer focus.

The role requires leadership experience in retail, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to training and operations. You will help manage inventories, promotions, and store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a people leader in a retail, sales, customer service or hospitality environment.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to attract, develop and motivate top talent.
• Strong understanding of service excellence in a consumer setting.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Available to work at least 2 days a week, with weekend availability.
• Ability to move boxes up to 150 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assume managerial duties in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager, including opening/closing and upkeep of store standards.
• Lead and advise sales floor team with a goal-driven approach.
• Model ownership culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain training standards on the sales floor for product and systems expertise.
• Improve store operations and customer experience.
• Coordinate product and promotion schedules with Casper HQ.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, and replenishment.
• Be an ambassador of Casper values and customer experiences.
