Casper is seeking a Store Supervisor in Costa Mesa, CA to lead daily store operations part-time. You’ll work with the Store Manager and Associate Manager to coach the sales floor, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold Casper’s brand standards.

You’ll open/close, manage inventories, and support promotional initiatives, while developing a customer-centric, results-driven team committed to service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as a people leader in retail or customer service.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to lead teams and drive sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Cover store manager duties in their absence.
• Oversee opening/closing, visuals, and safety.
• Guide sales team with a performance-driven approach.
• Maintain product knowledge and store systems expertise.
• Improve operations and customer experience.
• Align promotions with Casper HQ and Casper.com.
• Oversee inventory and cycle counts.
