Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service.

The role leads staff in the absence of management, ensures opening and closing procedures, and maintains product presentation and customer satisfaction.

This position offers a pay range of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour with approximately 20 hours per week and eligibility for a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Ability to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store crew; support store management.
• Direct and follow up on activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, thank).
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute the displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
