Job summary

CVS Health in Little Rock is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and build consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service. You will supervise the crew, handle opening/closing procedures, and ensure promotions and displays are properly executed while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as a retail supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture: greet, help, and thank.
• Handle customer relations issues per company policy.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
