CVS Health Corporation in Russellville, Arkansas, seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are away, this role leads staff, ensures opening/closing procedures, and keeps operations running smoothly.

You will supervise crews, communicate with management, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays per planograms.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture. (Greet, offer help, and thank).
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and execute displays per planograms.
• Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
