Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution with a focus on exceptional customer service. This role leads the crew when managers are not onsite and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting customers, maintaining displays, pricing, and inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This is a part-time position with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff when manager is unavailable and ensure store procedures are followed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer questions or complaints.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, stock, and displays; follow weekly and seasonal plans.
