Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and build consumer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are unavailable, you lead staff, ensure smooth operations and complete opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise, merchandise, assist customers, and maintain confidentiality while upholding CVS policies. Flexible hours include early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew, assign, direct and follow up on activities.
• Communicate information between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Execute weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandising and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
