Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and strong customer service. When managers are absent, you lead the staff to complete opening and closing procedures and maintain smooth operations.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandise presentation, and ensuring a positive CVS customer experience, with opportunities to work early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts and to participate in a benefits-eligible part-time

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and direct activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly/promotional/seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
