CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and enhance customer service. The role supervises staff in the absence of a manager and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a Manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Assign, direct and follow up on store activities to ensure completion of tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions or issues in line with policy.
