Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Minnesota to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional service. You will help achieve KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store's membership program.

You will lead by example, train staff on product knowledge, engage customers on the floor and at the register, and support promotions and events to drive business results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer engagement skills with POS exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist store manager in training and developing sales associates for product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store, ensure safety and compliance, and recover after hours.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
