Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, and accountability for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS and Self-Checkout efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
