Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are wowed by the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and service is excellent.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing the store, including cash handling, doors, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Performs routine store maintenance and housekeeping tasks as needed.
