Job summary

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferable.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas on the floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communicate store activities to staff.
• Maintain attractive storefront displays and promotional materials.
• Assist in ordering, damaged merchandise handling, and loss prevention.
• Keep store areas clean, stocked, and secure assets including cash.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and company procedures.
• Help supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
