Family Dollar LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development.

You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and participate in opening/closing procedures while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions.
