Acima is hiring a part-time Assistant Store Manager to support account management and sales at partner stores in Michigan. The role focuses on processing credit turns, converting web orders to Acima customers, and educating customers about Lease-To-Own terms.

You will drive conversions, coordinate with partner stores, and deliver exceptional customer service while reporting to the Store Manager. Evening/weekend hours are expected.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager with account management and sales activities.
• Process credit turn-downs and web orders; convert to Acima credit.
• Review lease applications and educate customers on terms.
• Drive sales conversions and partner-store coordination.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with partner stores and report to Store Manager.
