Job summary

Buckle in New Orleans is hiring a Leader in Training and Floor Leader. The role supports sales, merchandising and daily store operations, working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will help recruit Teammates, demonstrate Buckle’s service standards, and maintain a high-energy guest experience on a part-time schedule. Ideal candidates bring basic retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred (1–3 months).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in sales, merchandising and POS procedures.
• Lead by example with showmanship and coaching Teammates.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing Teammates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store and uphold Buckle standards.
