Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in New Orleans, LA seeks Leaders in Training and Floor Leaders to drive sales, merchandising, and daily operations. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, advising on merchandise, executing display plans, and maintaining standards across the sales floor, fitting rooms and register area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience helpful for the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with questions, merchandise selection and locating items.
• Display and pull merchandise; manage register procedures and routine store cleaning.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service while supervising Teammates.
• Recruit and develop Teammates; support leadership and training activities.
• Maintain visual standards and store operations including security practices.
