Job summary

Rothy's in Nashville, TN is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to lead on the sales floor, model service, and support store operations.

You will coach teammates, drive the Rothy's Experience, participate in events, and may serve as Manager on Duty, ensuring brand standards and a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail or customer service, an interest in developing leadership, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs; 16 hours/week minimum.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with some leadership responsibility
• Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Experience supporting operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership
• A desire to grow your leadership skills
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift; lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy's Experience on the sales floor by coaching and guiding team members to uphold brand standards
• Drive personal and team sales results by delivering the Rothy's Experience to all customers
• Create lasting relationships with customers through strong clienteling practices
• Assist with in-store events and activations that engage the local community and drive sales
• Support onboarding and training by reinforcing store standards, SOPs, service expectations, selling behaviors, and product knowledge
• Act as Manager on Duty when assigned, ensuring daily operations, visual merchandising tasks, and service expectations are met
• Own assigned areas of responsibility as part of the Division of Responsibility (DOR) program and communicate progress to store leadership
