Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and monitors performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for fast floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Opens and closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
