Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on a part-time, hourly basis in San Antonio, TX. You will oversee receiving, merchandising, staff leadership, and daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service while controlling costs.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible schedule and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Creative thinking and problem solving under pressure.
• Maintain composure and deliver strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to place items on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Handles store opening/closing duties including cash security and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and addresses urgent issues.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and supports onboarding/training.
• Drives store sales, optimizes merchandising, and ensures inventory integrity.
