Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience is valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store leadership team and coach associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Assist in achieving and exceeding sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Model selling behaviors and maintain brand standards across merchandising and customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and stockroom processes.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
