Responsibilities

• Wows customers with friendly service; train crew on the BEST experience.
• Oversee daily store activities; ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed; handle store operations.
• Open/close store; secure cash and alarms; prepare for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and training of associates; improve performance.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock room conditions.
