TravisMathew is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to lead the floor, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will connect with clients, develop repeat business and maintain deep knowledge of seasonal apparel and fit.

You’ll participate in visual merchandising and store events, helping to create a seamless shopping experience head-to-toe. The role requires mentoring junior staff and readiness for non-traditional hours to meet store goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience in retail store management
• 2 years’ experience in a client services related capacity

Responsabilidades

• Instill a sales and service focus on the floor to meet goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and build repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of seasonal apparel, fit, fabrics and use.
• Assist with visual merchandising to drive sales and a positive shopping experience.
• Support store events and CRM activities to reward repeat customers.
• Mentor part-time and seasonal client associates.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
