Five Below is seeking an energetic leader to oversee daily store operations, supervise associates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences at our Brownwood location. You will help with stock management, opening and closing duties, and adherence to policies while driving sales and controlling expenses.

The role emphasizes staff training, merchandising collaboration, and high-energy service in a fast-paced retail environment. A strong communicator with flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Trains crew on customer service best practices and store policies.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves replenished.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
