Five Below is seeking a Go-Getter Store Leader to oversee daily store operations, supervise associates, and uphold our WOW customer service standard. You will train crew, manage opening/closing duties, and help drive sales while controlling expenses.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Night/weekend shifts and physical tasks are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service excellence.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor filled.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staffing, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prep daily operations.
