Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wowed customers through personal contact and ensured fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure high performance and customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery efforts.
• Perform maintenance and housekeeping in the store.
