Faherty Brand in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced retail leader to guide store performance across sales, guest engagement, visuals, and operations. You’ll partner with the leadership team to implement directives, analyze metrics, and drive a positive, inclusive environment that reflects our brand values.

You will supervise daily store activities, mentor teammates, manage cash and stock, and coordinate events while delivering a seamless omnichannel experience between in-store and online

Qualifications

• Multiple years leadership experience in a hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail brand is preferred.
• Omnichannel awareness and the ability to lead a team to provide a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and team to execute brand standards.
• Drive sales, guest capture, and retention through personalized outreach.
• Analyze store metrics and act on opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee cash handling and store supply orders.
• Prepare store and team for monthly assessments.
• Maintain visual standards and floor setup.
• Develop and coach store staff.
