Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach the team, and keep the store operating smoothly. This hands-on role requires energy, ownership, and a customer-first mindset.

You’ll lead on the floor, mentor teammates, handle daily operations, and leverage retail tools to deliver a great customer experience. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; prior leadership in retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Open/close store operations, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store standards and safety procedures to protect customers and product.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance the customer experience and store efficiency.
