Foot Locker is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach the team, and keep the store running smoothly. You’ll lead with energy and an ownership mindset on the floor, delivering outstanding customer experiences while maintaining standards and teamwork.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to advance and develop in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership or key holder experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, driving energy, confidence and solutions in customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage to maintain store operations.
• Maintain store standards, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures.
• Leverage store technology to enhance the customer experience and empower teammates.
