Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of workforce experience.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency with store technology (POS, mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and guiding associates.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience and keep store clean.
• Assist with inventory tasks including freight receipt and MOOS.
• Support omni-channel activities such as BOPIS.
• Escalate issues to Store Manager when needed.
