Job summary

designerbrands is seeking a proactive Store Associate to support store management and enhance customer experience. You will help maintain in-store standards, assist with inventory and omni-channel activities, and promote a positive team environment.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and shifts outside traditional hours, with emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' workforce experience.
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and responding to customer/associate requests with urgency.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience by maintaining store standards and completing daily open/close tasks.
• Review daily communication; plan and execute tasks throughout the day and follow through with required actions.
• Work with store leadership to follow all policies and procedures.
