Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and directing associate actions to achieve store goals and KPI.
• Ensures customers have a positive experience by maintaining store standards and completing open/close duties.
• Reviews daily communication; plans and executes tasks and follows through with required actions.
• Participate in inventory activities including freight receipt, product placement, markdowns, and MOOS.
• Support omni activities in store such as Charge/Send and Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS).
• Communicate supply needs to ensure successful operations in all areas of the business.
• Be responsive to customer and associate concerns and escalate as needed.
• Help ensure a safe environment and report equipment issues to Store Manager.
• Train and coach associates and perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
