Job summary

Designer Brands in Marlton, NJ seeks a Store Associate to support store management in driving sales and sales results. You will model customer experience leadership, guide associates toward KPI goals, and ensure a positive customer journey through daily open/close routines and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service by exhibiting professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Availability to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, holidays and shifts outside traditional hours.
• Proficient in using technology to engage in customer interactions (Register, Register Keyboard, iPhone, Calculator).
• Must be able to stand or walk up to 100% of the time.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds on occasional to frequent basis; stooping and crouching as needed.
