Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Parker, CO is seeking a Part Time Store Environment Team Member to maintain a clean and safe store environment while delivering friendly customer service. You will help customers shop, participate in checkout, and support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, as well as stocking and truck unloading as needed.

Ideal candidates may have retail or cleaning experience and must be at least sixteen years old, with availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standard.
• Assist customers and help them find products in-store.
• Engage in Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Stock, unload trucks, and participate in planogram (POG) processes.
