Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the Parker, CO store for a team member responsible for keeping the store clean and orderly while delivering friendly customer service. You will assist customers, help them find products, and support processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop the store and find what they’re looking for.
• Engage in Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
