Responsibilities

• Maintain high store cleanliness and recovery standards to support brand promises.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and help shoppers find products.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to approved standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Participate in stock, truck unload, and planogram adherence.
• Follow SOPs and company policies and ensure safety and shrink programs.
