Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Part time Store Environment Team Member in Fullerton, CA to maintain store cleanliness and support the brand promise. You will help customers, stock and recover shelves, and operate cleaning routines with safety in mind.

Responsibilities include dusting, mopping, trash disposal, assisting checkout, and supporting omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store. Must be 16+ with ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help shoppers find products.
• Dust, mop, and clean assigned areas; prepare cleaning solutions as needed.
• Move equipment and products; restock and organize shelves.
• Assist with checkout, cash handling, and Rewards/Private Label enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store); participate in truck unloading and stock/planning.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; role model positive conduct.
