Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Cincinnati is seeking a part-time Store Environment Team Member to maintain store cleanliness, assist customers, and support omni-channel operations including BOPIS and SFS. You will help with stocking, truck unloading, and planogram compliance while delivering friendly service in a retail environment.

The role requires basic physical activity such as standing for long periods, lifting, and working various shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of overall look and store cleanliness; ensure recovery standards.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; assist customers with Rewards program enrollments and Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in stocking, truck unloading, and planogram (POG) processes; support shrink and safety programs.
