Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Westminster, CO is hiring part-time Store Environment Team Member to help maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment. You will perform cleaning, stocking, and store recovery tasks while delivering friendly service to customers.

You’ll dust and mop floors, collect trash, assist with checkout, and support BOPIS/Ship from Store processes. Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings is required; successful candidates will follow SOPs and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to support brand promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding items.
• Dust and damp mop floors; collect and dispose of trash; move equipment and place products correctly.
• Prepare cleaning solutions as needed; deep clean bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways and high-traffic areas.
• Keep equipment neat; notify supervisor for supplies; follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Support POS operations including checkout, rewards enrollments, and omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes; participate in shrink and safety programs.
