Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver the Michaels Brand Promises.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Assist with Omni channel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs and company policies.
