Job summary

Michaels in Columbus–Hilliard, OH is seeking a store team member to help customers find products, provide friendly service, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, maintain planograms, and assist with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. The role supports Rewards enrollment, safety, and merchandising while maintaining a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
