Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Westminster.

You will assist with daily store activities, ensure shelves are stocked, and help manage merchandise transfers from delivery to floor while upholding company standards. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to supervise and train associates, and a focus on safety, payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
