Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep our store organized and shelves stocked. You will unload deliveries, move products to the floor, assist customers, and help with displays, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

This role focuses on quality customer experiences and efficient stocking practices. Ideal candidates have flexibility to work weekends/holidays, love tools and equipment, and can lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
• Love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
• Service focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts for stocking and place products in store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Work backstock bins and top stock down.
• Assist customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assemble products for customers or display.
