Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized and stocked by unloading deliveries and moving products to the sales floor. You will greet customers, assemble products for displays, and maintain visual presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Spanish language skills are preferred, and you may work early mornings and some weekends. The position offers hourly pay with benefits for 30+ hours and a focus on strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail stocking or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and some weekends/holidays as needed.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts for stocking and shelving.
• Complete endcap and modular resets, pod creation, and store-front facing.
• Work backstock bins and stock from top stock down.
• Assist customers with carry-outs and assemble products for customers/display.
