Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep stores organized and shelves full by unloading deliveries and stocking the floor. You’ll greet customers, assemble products for displays, and support a fast-paced, customer-focused environment across our retail stores.

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and some holidays is valued. You should enjoy tools and equipment, be able to lift 70 lbs, and communicate effectively with customers and teammates to keep the store

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts for stocking and place items in proper locations.
• Perform endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store-front facing.
• Work backstock bins and retrieve top stock as needed.
• Assist customers with carry-outs to vehicles and assemble products for customers or displays.
