Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Part-Time Stocker to keep our stores organized by unloading deliveries and stocking shelves, and to greet customers and assemble products for displays. You will perform endcap resets, support backstock, and help customers with carry-outs.

Qualifications

Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.
Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
A love of tools & equipment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
Service focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and putting the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
