Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is hiring a Part-Time Stocker to keep our retail stores organized, unload deliveries, stock shelves, greet customers, and assemble products for displays. Your positive and professional attitude contributes to our winning culture and helps customers get in, get out and get on with the job.

In this role you will sort merchandise, perform endcap and modular resets, handle backstock, assist customers with carry-outs, and maintain store presentation.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
• Service focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and putting the product in the proper places in the store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
• Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.
