Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in Greenville. Schedule is 3 days a week from 12:00 to 17:00, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide direct in-home patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and follow the Plan of Care under supervision. EVV documentation and timely reporting are required to ensure high-quality home care.

Qualifications

• Must maintain DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in the client's home.
• Perform personal hygiene assistance and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
• Provide basic nursing care and follow plans of care prescribed by clinicians.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and special diets when directed.
• Offer companionship and activities tailored to client needs.
• Light housekeeping as assigned and maintain records per agency policy.
• Record and report changes in client condition; use EVV time sheets when required.
