Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in Greenville. The position offers three days per week, 12n–5pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide direct patient care at the client’s residence, assist with activities of daily living, transfers, meals, and companionship under supervision. EVV timekeeping is required, and confidentiality must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification (CNA) as required by state.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication, reading, and writing abilities.
• Physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with transfers.
• Sympathetic, patient-centered attitude toward clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned at patient’s residence.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing support under supervision of RN/PT/OT.
• Assist with meal preparation per dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation per agency policy.
• Record changes in client condition and report to supervisor.
• Complete tasks in EVV app as required.
