Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care in the Greenville area. The part-time role runs 3 days a week from 12n to 5pm with excellent pay and benefits.

You will perform direct patient care, assist with transfers, hygiene, meals, and documentation, while following the Plan of Care and EVV requirements. Join a dedicated team delivering quality home health services.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care as directed.
• Prepare meals per Plan of Care and client preferences.
• Maintain complete and accurate records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Follow EVV time sheets and Aide Plan tasks.
• Demonstrate dependability by punctual reporting.
